yummy foodfriendly staffcold roombathroom heating
My Double Room was awesome and clean. The bar had yummy food, I tell you. Staff was so friendly, they helped me with bus routes. It really was ideal for a trip!
The room got cold when I first arrived, so watch out for that. the bathroom had zero heating, which I did not like. I wish the room's decor was more updated. And finally, no biscuits with the coffee, sad.

Really lovely stay

polite staffgreat facilitiesunpleasant experience
The staff were polite. The facilities were GREAT. I had stopped by before, but wanted to stay. The hotel didn't disappoint. I will stay again in future. I received a 3:30 am wake-up call which aided my travels. The hotel and staff were superb.
The check-in wasn't pleasant. The receptionist was condescending. He stated, 'does this look like a modern building? '. My mother needed an inhaler when she got to our room. There were no rooms available on a lower floor.
